Download steps, exam day instructions, and what to carry to the centre

SBI PO call letters are released online only — no hard copy is sent by post. Candidates download each call letter (Pre-exam Training / Prelims / Mains / Psychometric / GE & Interview) from the SBI careers portal using their registration number and password/date of birth.

Open the SBI PO 2026 call-letter download link.

Enter your registration number and password / date of birth.

Download and print the call letter and the 'Acquaint Yourself Booklet'.

Details on Your Admit Card

Verify each of these before exam day. If anything is incorrect, contact the SBI helpdesk immediately.

Candidate name, registration number and roll number
Exam date, reporting time and venue address
Photograph and signature
Exam-day instructions and prohibited items

Exam Day Checklist

Must Carry

  • Printed call letter
  • One valid photo ID (Passport / Aadhaar / PAN / Driving Licence / Voter ID / Bank Passbook) in original + self-attested photocopy
  • Two additional recent photographs (same as pasted on the call letter)
  • Scribe declaration form, where applicable

Prohibited

  • Mobile phones (even switched off), smart watches, Bluetooth devices
  • Pen drives, cameras or any storage/electronic devices
  • Any external matter (mehandi/ink/chemical) on hands — biometric/Aadhaar verification is done

Reach the exam centre at least 60 minutes before reporting time. Late entry is not permitted. Any prohibited item found during frisking may lead to disqualification.
